Standing at 2.5 acres, our Carp Lake was carefully built from scratch in March 2022 with comfort, space, and year-round fishing in mind.
Designed to give anglers a relaxing, practical, and enjoyable experience in every season, the lake includes a range of thoughtful features to support great fishing whatever the weather.

The Stock
Our lake is home to an impressive stock of 126 hand-picked carp, carefully selected for quality, condition, strength, and exciting future growth.
With an average size already sitting between 18–22 lb and rising, the lake offers anglers a fantastic chance of landing strong, healthy carp, with a great head of fish already pushing beyond the 20 lb+ mark.
